Through sustainable development strategy our company has been expanding its operations internationally operating in more than 150 countries. As Danone Company we are operating in Georgia also and now we are looking for a Sales Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

* Hold a university degree technological (biology, chemistry, microbiology) from a university in Georgia or abroad.
* An MBA would be an asset however it is not a prerequisite.
* Be sales-driven, with a minimum of two year sales experience within a highly competitive environment.
* Be business-minded with high commercial integrity and honesty.
* Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.
* Be fluent in both spoken and written English and Russian.
* Be a confident team player, able to input to the success and harmony of the team.
* Be a competent user of MS Office applications.
* Hold a full valid driving license ‘B’ and have no impediment in traveling.

The Role:

 To provide best quality products to consumers through process control, good manufacturing practices, Food Safety standards and full traceability (from Raw material till consumer). To support new product development, continuous improvement and cost reduction activities by integrating quality tools in the process. To comply with company safety and quality standards and applicable regulatory, manufacturing and labeling requirements. To conduct pre-contract and ongoing facility audits of company and supplier manufacturing facilities to assure adherence to company specifications and regulatory requirements
 To develop and train all Danone employees to develop the company quality assurance functions.
 To build in quality through process control throughout supply chain. To manage and maintain an Approved Supplier Program for all operations function suppliers. Organize and lead laboratory for product analysis
 To work closely with purchasing management at purchasing milk, raw material and technical to build in quality through setting quality criteria, and following their implementation in the supplier farms.
 To co-ordinate, direct inspections and audits of our processes to assure finished goods distributed by the company meet its quality goals of superior quality and consistency relative to competition.
 To conduct internal audits for quality assurance and develop improvement areas.
 To make the audit preparations for the quality assurance certificate requirements.
   To develop the Quality vision in the CBU, and implement it with the related directors and employees of the CBU.
