JOB SUMMARY
Support the procurement function by maintaining procurement data records. The length of the internship is six months. Internships will start on February 1st. A basic stipend to cover basic subsistence costs will be paid by the Holcim (Azerbaijan) OJSC.

The aim of our internship program is to give you, as an intern exposure to the daily work of the Holcim Azerbaijan OJSC. JOB DUTIES
• Controls documents (Acceptance Reports and other procurement related documents) and supports maintaining accurate procurement date records.
• Obtaining quotations from suppliers
• Assists accounts payable by matching relevant documents
• Helps preparing reports (internal and external)
• Intern may be assigned additional or other duties relevant to the position within the department
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic
• Must have fluent Azerbaijani and intermediate English language skills, Russian language is an advantage
• Have Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Have less than 2 years of work experience
• Basic understanding of procurement and purchasing process is an asset
SELECTION PROCESS
The short listed candidates will be contacted and invited to face to face interview process covering:
• English language skills testing
• Skills and technical knowledge testing
