A Spa Agent serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members and he/ she is responsible for greeting and assisting clients to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring the overall experience is pleasant and their needs are met. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Strong language skills in English and Russian
• Excellent attention to details
• High standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work in a consistently professional and helpful manner
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexible to work in all shifts
• Previous spa experience
