Responsibilities:

  • Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization
  • Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level managers
  • Assisting the accounting department in daily activities
  • Communicating with clients
  • Processing transactions
  • Managing payment schedules
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documents for employees
  • Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary
  • Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities
  • Manage client accounts and payment schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
  • Experience in the specified position for at least 2 years
  • Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English, Russian, Azerbaijani).
  • Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Requirements:

  • Azerbaijani citizenship.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
