Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the IDDA’s (and IDDA initiated projects’) websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the organization’s branding;
  • Collaborate with content creators to update and upload new content to the website, ensuring it meets quality standards and reflects current initiatives;
  • Continuously analyze website user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize engagement;
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to implement SEO best practices on the website, enhancing visibility, increasing website organic traffic and search engine ranking;
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing website traffic (or achieving other objectives) through paid platforms - Search Engine Marketing (SEM);
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to align website content with overarching marketing strategies and campaigns;
  • Use website analytics to gather insights into user behavior, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements;
  • Implement effective categorization and tagging systems for website content to enhance navigation and user accessibility;
  • Ensure the website is in compliance with accessibility standards, making digital content accessible to users with diverse need;
  • Monitor and optimize the website for cross-platform compatibility, ensuring a seamless experience across different devices;
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to website development and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in website coordination or management. Experience with mobile applications is highly valued;
  • Proficiency in content management systems and website analytics tools. A profound comprehension of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Yandex Metrica is essential for this role;
  • Technical proficiency in website management and content updates;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making;
  • Collaboration and communication skills within a digital marketing team;
  • Knowledge and experience of SEO best practices and website accessibility standards.
