Administrative Services Specialist
Requirements:
Higher education
To have experience at least for 2(two) years in administrative field
Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian language skills;
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Especially MS Excel)
To available for intervention in emergency situations and unexpected accidents in non-working hours
Driving license (preferable)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collection and processing of requests from Subsidiaries organizations related with Administrative department
Registration of resource and materials allocated for Subsidiaries organizations and submit reports to the management as per defined form
Provision of transport services (vehicles repair, top-up of fuel cards, insurance and technical survey) for Subsidiaries organizations
Define requests regarding office stationary, catering services, maintenance works, travel services for Subsidiaries organizations and arrange them with support of responsible employees
Arrange purchase of material and services for Subsidiaries organizations and preparation of reports for accountancy
Management of projects related to Subsidiaries organizations and arrangement of events by defining requirements of projects and events connected with Administrative works
