Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of high-end fit-out projects.

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Conduct detailed on-site inspections and provide technical solutions tailored to premium fit-out projects.
• Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering, with exposure to high-end fit-out projects preferred.
• Familiarity with luxury construction standards and attention to detail.
• Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) with a focus on detail-oriented design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
