Summary:

Data analyst specialist is responsible to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance. Working closely with business teams, to understand analytical needs, derive actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively. Additionally, to play a crucial role in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, predominantly in Power BI. This involves collaboration with business stakeholders to design visually appealing and informative reports that support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations;
• Collaborate with the Data Architect to ensure data quality and integrity;
• Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders based on data analysis;
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, primarily in Power BI;
• Customize reports based on business requirements and stakeholder feedback;
• Provide training and support to end-users on report usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis role with a proven track record of handling large datasets and conducting complex analyses;
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, report creation, DAX, and Power Query;
• Strong design skills with an ability to create visually appealing and intuitive reports and dashboards;
• Experience with other visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and effectively present to stakeholders.

Any other specific requirements:

• Microsoft Office knowledge;
• Fluent English language skills;
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards;
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage;
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power BI-specific credentials can be a significant advantage;
