Responsibilities:

• Writing, debugging, and maintaining code under the guidance of senior team members.  
• Assisting in troubleshooting software issues and collaborating with the team to enhance product functionality.  
• Contributing to the development of innovative solutions, focusing on building robust, scalable, and secure features.  
• Actively participating in company development meetings and providing input.  
• Monitoring the performance of internal systems and learning from experienced developers.  
• Participating in code reviews and quality assurance activities under the guidance of senior team members to improve coding skills.  
• Collaborating with the team to break down larger tasks into manageable sub-tasks, ensuring efficient and organized project execution.  
• Learning and growing under the supervision of more experienced team members.  
• Supporting and collaborating with junior team members as needed.  
• Participating in estimation discussions with the product team.  
• Contributing to the delivery of clear technical and user documentation for developed applications.  
• Upholding a strict code of ethics and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React development.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.  
• Strong attention to detail with analytical thinking.  
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.  
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals.  
• Developing a good understanding of REST API concepts and integration, working closely with backend developers to enhance overall system functionality.  
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.  
• Familiarity with client-side scripting and JavaScript libraries.  
• Basic understanding of responsive design principles.  
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.  
• Exposure to or experience with React.  
• Knowledge of UI libraries like Ant Design.  
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for efficient styling.  
• Basic understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX. Familiarity with SDLC principles, especially in an Agile environment.
