Job description:
The main duties of the successful candidate will be:
- Develops effective working relationships with clients and own team
- Keeping good customer relationship
- Exhibits a high level understanding of technical requirements, procedures and principles
- Ability to apply relevant tax legislation to clients and circumstances
- Builds and maintains positive relationships across the company
- Effectively delegates responsibility providing proper instructions, monitoring and coaching
- Manages projects by scheduling associates, tracking completion and managing the budget
- Gives feedback effectively to minimize repeated errors and apply new concepts
- Maintains open communication with team regarding the progress of completion on projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience is required
- Advanced knowledge of tax and accounting legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong project management and delegation skills
- Advanced written and spoken Azeri, English and Russian
