Job description:

The main duties of the successful candidate will be: 

  • Develops effective working relationships with clients and own team
  • Keeping good customer relationship
  • Exhibits a high level understanding of technical requirements, procedures and principles
  • Ability to apply relevant tax legislation to clients and circumstances
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships across the company
  • Effectively delegates responsibility providing proper instructions, monitoring and coaching
  • Manages projects by scheduling associates, tracking completion and managing the budget
  • Gives feedback effectively to minimize repeated errors and apply new concepts
  • Maintains open communication with team regarding the progress of completion on projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience is required
  • Advanced knowledge of tax and accounting legislation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong project management and delegation skills
  • Advanced written and spoken Azeri, English and Russian
