Description:
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
- Installation and configuration of peripherals equipment (printer, scanner, phones);
- Provide end-user support;
- Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems (laptop, tablet);
- Working with web-services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
- Microsoft/Cisco Certification is an advantage;
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support;
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP);
- Experience with IP telephony;
- Basic knowledge in administration of Microsoft OS Family;
- Communication skills;
- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
- Responsibility and punctuality skills.
