One of our startups is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for shaping the brand identity, marketing materials, visual appeal of the company and wide range of visual materials to captivate target audience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Design)
•  2 years of experience in design system area 
•  Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (verbal and written) 
• Ability to understand the brand's vision & lead high-performing marketing strategy
• Experience with design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and etc.
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

Responsibilities:

• Lead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all design
• Create design style of company
• Review and analysis content plan ideas
• Create design style and direction of content
• Creating monthly and one time design for social network
• Creating design adaptation for several digital placement
• Creating presentations concept
• Lead and create the content of startups
• Revise and optimization changes request from startup
• Creating print materials file design
• Creating design concept of events
• Create design print materials for startup
