What is expected from the candidate:

• To do Write off;
• Posting wastage and employees meal provided by restaurants;
• Posting banquets, caterings & parties usage into HRSBO;
• Stock counting;
• Posting stock count into HRSBO;
• Get signed 'stock list', transfers, "employee meal file" scan and add to share folder;
• Get signed 'recipes list', scan and add to share folder quarterly;
• Monitoring transfers, postings into the HRSBO;
• Checking price deviation report, contacting with accountants and correcting mistakes.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

• Minimum 1 year of previous accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel;
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
