Finance Leader

1)      Analyze accounting records

2)      Lead and prepare the monthly financial statements of the
Company/construction site

3)      Make a bridge role between the Head Office and construction
site

4)      Lead the Administrative and Legal Departments within the
construction site

5)      Check the actual financial statement with budgeted figures and
explain the variations

6)      Manage the debtor and creditors

7)      Manage the cash transactions and lead the payments schedule

8)      Response the all finance related questions that aroused from
HO
and Construction Site Management

9)      Take an active participation in all meetings with Investors

Qualification requirements

- Three year or more experience in finance/audit, especially in Big
Four or other audit firms

- Good speaking in Turkish and Russian languages

- Responsible

- Dedicated

- Good analytical skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Experience with 1C or related software accounting systems
