Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure: Set up, configure, and maintain the RPA Platform’s infrastructure, including Control Room, Bot Runners, and other components.
• Dev/Prod Environments: Set up, configure, and maintain development and production environments specifically for RPA development and deployment.
• VPN connections: Manage VPN connections to customer sites, ensuring secure and reliable access for remote deployment and troubleshooting.
• RPA Development Pipeline: Establish and manage a CI/CD pipeline tailored for RPA development, allowing for rapid deployment and testing of bots.
• Version Control: Implement and manage version control for RPA scripts and assets, ensuring traceability and change management.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices for RPA solutions and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Reporting: Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports for management.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Collaborate with RPA developers to optimize the RPA infrastructure for scalability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of RPA infrastructure, configurations, and deployment procedures.

Desired background and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in DevOps, network, cloud platforms, or RPA technologies is a plus.
• Experience in agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, or system administration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
• Proficiency at least in one of programming or scripting languages (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Bash).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in managing VPN connections and network security.
• Strong knowledge of server OSs (Windows Server, Linux).
• Familiarity with RDBMS systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.).
• Familiarity with RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, BluePrism, Power Automate) is a plus.
