Successful candidates will be responsible for creating and supporting RPA bots for clients using core RPA and business process workflow principles 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Complete required internal trainings provided on online internal learning platform and continually progress on learning path on the subject. 
• Interact with people from various domains to understand their business challenges and find ways to streamline their processes through automating tedious, mind-numbing tasks
• Checking the feasibility of automating that particular process
• Design, develop, and implement software robots, or bots, to work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiency 
• Converting the business requirements into solution architectures and designing RPA solutions in accordance with gained knowledge during provided trainings 
• Identify, track, and monitor project deliverables to ensure successful project completion  
• Provide continuing support to customers and existing processes as well as implement change requirements 
• Collaborate with teams to exceed client expectations 
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation 
• Reporting to team leader upon work progress
• Testing and fixing bot failures;
• Providing maintenance support for running bots deployed;

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in business, IT, engineering, mathematics, science, or other relevant discipline  
• Strong problem-solving, process mapping, and analytic skills 
• Ability to work independently and with teams 
• At least basic knowledge in of mentioned programming language like  C#, Java,  JavaScript, SQL 
• A proven combination of technical and interpersonal skills 
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Azerbaijan, English and Russian languages 
• Familiarity with RPA technology is an advantage
• Familiarity with Data Science is an advantage
