AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for
Subcontracts Administrator (National).
The successful candidates should have:
• Relevant job experience
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of contracts
• Computer literate
• Must be able to communicate well
• Ability to work well with others and provide support and assistance to cover peak work load
• To have flexible approach to duties especially during busy periods and provide role overlap.
• Fluent in spoken and written Russian and English
• Understanding of cost control requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
• Administration of contract award process
• Administration of call-off process
• Administration of service contractor selection (including preparation of tender documentation, administering tender process and contractor selection)
• Maintenance of subcontract register and other records
• Administration of variations
• Administration of subcontract amendments
• Preparation of reports as required (including subcontract liabilities report)
• Checking of subcontractor invoices
• Administration of payment process for service contractors
• Administration of close-out process
• Co-ordination and administration of service contractor performance reviews
