Job Summary:

As a Content Writer and SEO Specialist at PITS you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and helping us reach a wider audience. You will be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging content that is optimized for search engines to improve our organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Produce well-researched, engaging, and original content for our websites.
• Write blog posts, articles, and marketing materials that align with our brand voice and target audience.
• Collaborate with various teams to generate content ideas that support marketing initiatives.

SEO Optimization:

• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for content optimization.
• Optimize on-page content, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and body text, to improve search engine rankings.
• Implement SEO best practices, including internal linking, image optimization, and mobile responsiveness.

Content Marketing:

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive organic traffic.
• Create and manage editorial calendars, ensuring consistent content production and publication.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

Quality Assurance:

• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conduct content audits and implement improvements based on SEO insights and user feedback.
• Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor content and SEO strategies.
• Use insights to identify opportunities for content and SEO improvements.

Required knowledge and experience in Marketing field: 

• Bachelor’s degree (economics, management or any technical field is desired)
• Experience as a content writer, copywriter, or SEO specialist.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO principles.
• Good English language is required.
• Skills in content writing, copywriting, or experience as a SEO specialist is required.
• Students can apply as well.

Job Location: PITS Azerbaijan Office located at AF Business House, 203 Nizami St, Baku 1010, Azerbaijan

Working Days and Hours: 40 hours/weekly, Mon-Fri, Night Shift, 17:00-02:00 (Baku time).

Agreement Type and Pay: Contractor of the US Office, 500-800 AZN (NET) based on performance + bonuses.
