Location: AF Business House, 203 Nizami Street, Baku 1010, PITS Azerbaijan Office (Only Work from Office!)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 17:00-02:00 Baku time

Contract Type: Contractor agreement with the US Office

Salary: 1500-2000 AZN NET (all taxes and mandatory payments will be covered by us)

Job Summary:

Join AF Business House in Baku as a Web Designer. We are looking for a talented and skilled individual to produce high-quality and original content for our company's website. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging blogs, articles, and marketing materials while working collaboratively with various teams to generate new content ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the website design is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement design elements that enhance user experience.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as they arise.
• Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies. 

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experienced in the Web Designer role with 1-3 years.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Awareness of UI/UX principles
• Proficiency in using Figma for design tasks.
• Ability to redesign existing themes.
• Experience and proficiency in designing with a Mobile First technique.
• Demonstrated experience in creating responsive designs for websites.

Additional Information:

• This is not a labor agreement; it is a contractor agreement with the US company.
• You will have 1 hour of break time, which can be split into three breaks.
• We will cover your taxes and mandatory payments based on Azerbaijan legislation and will provide free of charge taxation services.
• You will work the night shift, but we always have fresh coffee and a fridge full of fruits and snacks to keep you energized.
• You will be in touch with team members from the US, UK, and Germany, gaining international experience while working from Azerbaijan.
