Business Developer (Uzbekistan Branch)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the insurance and reinsurance sectors within Uzbekistan.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve growth targets and objectives set by the company.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and potential areas for business development.
• Collaborate with the headquarters in Azerbaijan to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy and goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all business-related activities in Uzbekistan, including negotiations and contract management.
• Monitor industry developments and changes in regulations to adapt the business strategy accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the market performance, opportunities, and challenges to the management team.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for candidates with knowledge of reinsurance practices.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities and risks.
• Proficiency in English and Russian is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (from 09:00 to 18:00)
• Location: Tashkent city, Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Salary: by agreement.
