Location: Baku, Azerbaijan.Zarifa Aliyeva 59A.Clover Kids Store

Salary: 700 AZN gross (Bonuses and additional payments subject to store monthly revenue)

Working Hours: One of two shifts - 10:00-18:00 or 12:00-20:00 (One day off during weekdays)

Languages Required: Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian (Fluent), English (Basic)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team. The store is offering a wide variety of selection from different European democratic kids brands.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range, including clothing, accessories, toys, and other children's items
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
• Maintain positive and friendly attitude to all customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing merchandise shipments
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising guidelines and loss prevention measures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the children's product industry (2 years)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with customers
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Fluent in Russian, and basic English language skills
• Proactive and results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Positive and non-conflict personality

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive gross salary of 700 AZN (subject to tax deductions)
• Bonuses and additional payments based on store monthly revenue (to be discussed)
