Job Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and highly-skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales and a demonstrated ability to secure new projects, inspire and motivate the operational team, develop client relationships, and facilitate trading opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients and market segments to expand the client base.
  • Negotiate project contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the company and clients.
  • Inspire, motivate the operational team to ensure peak performance.
  • Monitor team productivity and operational efficiency, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Regularly engage with clients to gain insights into their evolving needs and expectations.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Explore and capitalize on trading opportunities within the logistics sector by staying informed about market trends and pricing dynamics.
  • Foster relationships with trading partners and facilitate profitable trading transactions.
  • Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting trading activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the logistics industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian languages.
  • Strong team management abilities to inspire and motivate the operational team to high-performance levels.
  • A client-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with trading practices within the logistics sector.
  • The ability to leverage market trends and pricing dynamics for trading opportunities.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and an organized, detail-oriented approach to tasks and projects.
  • Adaptability to changing client needs and industry dynamics, with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging clients
  • A strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their needs promptly.
