Responsibilities:
- Audit and Optimize Content: Evaluate existing content for brand consistency, relevance, and SEO optimization.
- Competitor and Market Research: Identify content and keyword gaps through thorough research of competitors and market trends.
- Content Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a content strategy to achieve traffic and engagement goals.
- Brand Promotion: Uphold and promote a consistent brand identity across all content and social media platforms.
- Content and Social Media Calendar Management: Develop and manage content publishing and social media calendars.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of content, either by writing it or managing a team to do so.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console, and make data-driven decisions to enhance content strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure content consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in content management or a related field.
- SEO and Copywriting: Strong SEO knowledge and excellent copywriting skills.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
- Basic Coding: Understanding of basic HTML and CSS.
- CMS Proficiency: Experience with popular content management systems like WordPress or CMS Hub.
- Marketing Tools: Familiarity with various marketing tools for content production, management, and analysis.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and implementing content strategies.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills and experience managing projects or teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms.
- Experience using AI tools like ContentAtScale.ai, Jasper, and Surfer SEO to create SEO-based long-form blogs and high-ranking content.
- Higher education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
