HYDROSERV CASPIAN LTD, a well-known and established market leader in ‘Fluid Engineering’ design, applications and solutions for the Oil and Gas industry is looking for the Technical Sales Engineer/Executives:

• This position will be responsible for obtaining sales of hydraulic related nature and service for Hydraulic Customers within Azerbaijan territory.
• We need someone with a successful record in fluid power products sales and the ability to aggressively grow our major product lines and hydraulic system sales.

Key Duties:

• To develop relationships with and pursue business from Hydraulic Customers that have needs for hydraulic parts and services;
• To identify new customers and opportunities.
• To develop and follow a business sales plan that provides for continued growth to meet sales goals;
• To prepare and provide customers with accurate quotations of work to be performed;
• To work with management to develop marketing programs and promotional materials to meet sales objects;
• To meet and exceed monthly and annual sales objectives;
• To conduct business in accordance with the company’s stated mission, vision, and values;
• To build successful internal and external customer relationships;
• To work as a team player, utilizing all the resources of the company and sharing leads with other sales colleagues;
• To work independently without daily supervision, but remain responsive to company management requests for assignments and account intelligence.
 

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree or Technical school degree preferred;
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience in Hydraulics’ or Industrial sales is preferred;
• Familiarity with and knowledge of assigned territory is a plus;
• Successful candidates will have an outgoing personality, ability to develop relationships with customers, and have sufficient self-motivation and drive to manage their time and territory independently.
• Driving license is required.
