Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing complex financial models to assess project financials and risk factors;
- Leading cross-functional teams in validating and optimizing value creation projects;
- Oversee the tracking and monitoring of project realization, identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Providing strategic financial guidance to senior management;
- Creating comprehensive analytical reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations;
- Contributing to the development of financial strategies and long-term planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred);
- CFA/FRM/ACCA certification is preferred;
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis roles, preferably in the energy or petrochemical industry;
Any other specific requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling;
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills;
- Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Strong leadership and project management skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
