Equipment Rental Services LLC, a well –known lifting equipment rental leader in Azerbaijan market which provides forklift trucks, telescopic handlers, remote access platforms and other equipment for rent is looking for the QHSE manager:
Job Purpose:
To be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Company (QHSE) Management System
Key Duties:
• Prepare health and safety strategies and developing internal policy;
• Carry out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced;
• Outline safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards;
• Ensure the safe installation of equipment;
• Manage and organize the safe disposal of hazardous substances;
• Advise on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, occupational diseases;
• Create Company Safety Management System and ensure compliance with it; • Control and maintain company's quality system in compliance with ERS standard requirements;
• Act as Permit to Work Coordinator for the ERS Work site;
• To monitor implementation of HSEQ procedures by all staff;
• Perform, supervise and coach personnel in the compilation and application of Risk Assessments, Permit to Work requirements, Live Safe Conversations / Tool Box Talks;
• Perform other tasks as may be required by Management and so on.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Qualifications:
• Previous work experience in operational sites ;
• Experience and training in HSEQ related activities;
• A minimum of 2-3 years related experience in industry;
• Ability to accurate handling of paperwork and documentation;
• Ability to coordinate and supervise the team of workforce;
• Leadership skills.
Working schedule: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 08:00 -17:00
