Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support in building Digital Marketing strategy planning and execution for multiple clients across different industries (Strategy, Budget Management, Campaign Planning etc.)
- SEO and Content Marketing (Keyword research, SEO Strategy, Content Management etc.)
- Social Media Management (SMM Strategy, Monitoring, Engagement, Analytics and Reporting etc.)
- Email Marketing (Email Strategy, List management, Performance Monitoring etc.)
- Paid Advertising (Google ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn ads management and monitoring)
- Analytics and Reporting (KPI setting and monitoring, Data analysis, Monthly/weekly/quarterly reporting)
- Draft proposals for new projects or campaigns
- Marketing team management and coordination (leadership, resource allocation, scheduling etc.)
- Client Relationship Management Support (new client onboarding, account management, client reporting)
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
- Ensure all Digital Marketing activities comply with data protection laws, industry regulations and best practices.
- Ensure that campaigns are executed to high-quality standards and are aligned with client objectives.
- Performing other tasks related to Digital Marketing as assigned by senior management
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (previous agency experience is preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, Email Marketing, Analytics, CMS, CRM
- Basic knowledge and skills in IT, Information Security and emerging technologies
- English (minimum Intermediate)
- Responsible, patient, attentive, creative, and honest
- Certifications, courses, memberships, or other achievements in Digital Marketing sphere is preferred (Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Google etc.)
- Project Management knowledge and skills
- Leadership, communication, client management, analytical thinking skills
- Should be updated with the latest trends and updates in the field of Digital Marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of legal guidelines around digital advertising and data protection.
