Job type: Permanent / Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Timely issue of documents related to employment, transfer to another position, dismissal of employees in full compliance with the labor law;
  • Maintaining of personnel records/ working books, issue of certificates, on employment upon request, issue of HR documents copies;
  • Issue of orders on personnel, vacations, development of internal HR forms, issue of other documents;
  • Organization and control of new personnel trial periods process; 
  • Ensure timely and proper setup of operations related to EMAS portal;
  • Ensuring compulsory insurance of employees;
  • Ordering salary cards of employees;
  • Maintaining records in compliance with the legislative requirements;
  • Participation in working out of local HR policies;
  • Consultation with legal advisors on labor Law issues;
  • To control also  stages of  recruiting process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews and on boarding new employees;
  • Administer all migration related documents for newbie expats and international mobility of skilled labour and return of migrants to their source country.
  • Ensure that all newly hired employees are being instructed through annual induction;
  • Handle hiring, vacation, business trip, permission and resignation issues of the staff;
  • Ensure that resigned employees completed the handover issues;
  • Working with no more than 40 employees

Minimum qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 3 years of experience in human resources sphere;
  • English independent user (Upper intermediate-B2).

Work conditions:

  • Salary: 800-900 AZN NET
  • Work time: 5 days, 08.00-17.00
