What are expected from the candidate:

 

  • Responsible producing in the preparation of all food in the assigned station in the kitchen in accordance with the established company menus and recipes;
  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques;
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards;
  • Ensure complete knowledge of all staff recipes and that they are served to the correct standards;
  • Providing of operational management of kitchen staff;
  • Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

 

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same role; 
  • Ability to plan work;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English are must, multiple language abilities are desirable;

About work:

 

  • Workplace: Heydar Aliyev ave. 5a-5b, The Cheese;
  • 6 day per week shift graphic;
  • Detailed information about the salary is reported during the interview.
