Key accountabilities:

• Managing team of cashiers of restaurants (timesheets, vacations, manpower planning, recruitment, etc.);
• Daily control, collection and deposit of cash generated at restaurants;
• Assistance in monthly salary payments;
• Periodic review of Micros reports for identification of fraud risks together with Finance Manager;

Required skills/experience:

• Higher education;
• Relevant background in cashier position;
• Hotel/restaurant background would be an advantage;
• Strong, honest and reliable personality;
• Language skills, including English.
