HYDROSERV CASPIAN LTD, a well-known and established market leader in ‘Fluid Engineering’ design, applications and solutions for the Oil and Gas industry is looking for Receptionist.

Job Duties:
 
• To provide general administrative and secretarial services at reception area of Hydroserv Caspian Ltd;
• To greet, register visitors, administer visitor cards and notify appropriate staff of their arrival;
• To answer telephone calls and transfer calls to appropriate staff;
• To answer general enquiries about the organization;
• To arrange appointments for callers or for people working in the Company and keep records of these;
• To log and sort incoming and outgoing mail and faxes;
• To keep reception area tidy;
• To maintain telephone and staff location lists;
• To oversee the use of the fax machine, photocopier and other office equipment;
• To perform administrative tasks like typing, filing, photocopying, binding and laminating;
• Taking care of office administrator  responsibilities in her absence. 
 
Requirements:
 
- Experience as receptionist;
- Good knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft);
- Good communication skills;
- English language;
