Responsibilities:
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Build relationships with potential customers, industry professionals and auto bloggers
- Create video content ideas for SM story postings
- Create internal video shootings for TikTok and Youtube
- Build good relationship with Haval club members
- Organize indoor and outdoor activities for Haval Club members
- Take part in video and photo shootings of Haval cars launched from third parties
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a community specialist (or intern) or SMM (or intern)
- Experience launching community initiatives
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience with social media management for brands
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experienced SM user (Meta, Youtube Studio, TikTok).
- Experienced in video shootings and elementary video editing programs (for Youtube, and TikTok)
- Car enthusiast
- Driving license will be a plus
- Fulfillment of tasks given by the management
- Work schedule: 6 days a week
