Requirements

Higher education;
5 year work experience in relevant field
Advanced MS Office skills;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian (fluent) and English (intermediate) languages;
Free of military obligation;

Computer knowledge MS Office, Outlook, Project
Ability to work under pressure

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide Project coordination and implementation support to current projects and related partnerships
Independently manages currently assigned Projects, including small-scale initiations
Participate and contribute to project planning, implementation and M&E
Together with the Business Development Personnel initiate new partnerships and projects
Support maintaining all stakeholder relations
Provide support to the Team on administrative and operational matters including, operational planning, budgeting and spending, M&E, internal communication and other procedural issues, as requested by the supervisor
Assist with planning of special and major events
Provide full support to BD team Leader in routine activities, if and when needed
Supports the Team Leader in documentation and optimize internal process of Operational Excellence
