Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end CRM campaigns, including planning, execution, and evaluation, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and offer strategy.
  • Utilize CRM tools and platforms to segment customer databases and create targeted marketing lists for personalized communications.
  • Manage regular SMS and push communications, including identifying target audiences, executing the send-outs, and tracking the results.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and data-driven experiments to optimize campaign performance and improve key metrics.
  • Monitor campaign results and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and future campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and creative assets aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including key metrics, ROI, and other relevant KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM campaign management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Administration, MIS, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field)
  • Proven work experience as a CRM Campaign Specialist, CRM Marketer, Marketing Analytics or in a similar role
  • Strong expertise in CRM campaign management, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries are required
  • Experience with data segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies within CRM systems
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving campaign goals
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and skills
  • Interest in sport and virtual games is preferred
