CRBT Engineer

Job Description:

1. VAS Support engineer based on SLA of contract with customers.
2. VAS engineer during project
2.1 Support marketing & solution team Analyzing customer’s request during bidding
2.2 Preparation of project related document such as “Acceptance Document” and so on..
2.3 Site Supervising during hardware installation.
2.4 Commissioning, Integration, Acceptance and Troubleshooting.
3. Ta be able work during flexible times if required (such as weekends, non-working days )

Requirements

1.Networking knowledge (CCNA certified is preferable), experience on switch/router/firewall
2.Experience in Linux OS, Storage and clustering
3.Basic GSM call flow and SS7 protocol knowledge (specially in ISUP)
4.Basic knowledge in Oracle database.
5. At least 3-4 yrs experience in Telecom VAS/IN.
