Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing, expanding and implementing sales strategies 
  • Achieving the sales plan through effective leadership, control, correct distribution of functions and responsibilities between subordinate employees
  • Maintaining market share, searching for new distribution channels (Fish products)
  • Organization of sales of the Company's products in accordance with the established strategy of the Company and the approved sales plan
  • Meeting goals for sales, distribution, profitability and revenue as well as meeting the Company's budgets and other key performance indicators
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of sales of the Company's products in key sales channels and assessment of the results on the implementation of the sales plan
  • Ensuring the maximum representation of the Company's products through all available sales channels
  • Finding and negotiating with new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients, support them as needed
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships 
  • Conclusion of distribution agreements and contracts with new clients
  • Forecast the demand for products, ensure availability of stock
  • Effective team management, control over the development of employees within the team 
  • Monthly performance evaluation of sales team
  • Control over the implementation of assigned tasks
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management 
  • Coordinating with supplier and supporting them to deliver the products in time
  • Reporting on the work done for the reporting period.

Qualifications:

Essential: 

  • University degree in  Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Desirable: 

  • MBA degree
  • Additional certification in Sales.

Experience Required:

Essential: 

  • 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.

Desirable: 

  • Sales experience in the Food Production/Distribution sector.
  • Experience in interacting with foreign suppliers.

Skills/Training Competences:

Essential:

  • Be able to make the tough decision and have strong managerial courage.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work on a few potential deals at a given time.
  • Good command of the Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages, written and verbal – ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, accurately
  • Computer Literate – particularly Excel and Word.
  • Team Player, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Conscientious, reliable, hardworking, professional, and motivated
  • Customer focus
  • Detail oriented; able to work in a fast paced industry

Desirable:

  • Ability to conduct internal sales trainings
  • Ability to use CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
