Secondary School Administrative Assistant/Registrar

The job responsibilities include, but not limited to the below duties:

  • Secretarial Support to the school administration
  • Counselor/Admission Assistant
  • Assistance with Student Applications
  • Assistance with Student Admissions and transfers
  • Maintenance of records including transcripts, IB and TISA diplomas

Required Characteristics:

  • A university degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent language abilities in English and ideally Azerbaijani and Russian
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
