Job descriptions

1. Realization of Bank’s Strategic Planning;
2. Improvement and implementation of Bank business;
3. Assisting in determination of Banks Strategic vision and mission.
4. Collecting data for analytical report about Bank’s internal situation and external environment.
5. Analyzing all data on internal situation and external environment. Finding out Bank’s Strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, also, predicting the Market.
6. Defining Bank’s strategic goals and objectives, also giving suggestions on further strategic directions, on the basis of analysis.
7. Participation in preparation of Strategic Plan.
8. Preparation of Bank’s Operational Plan on basis of Strategic plan.
9. Assisting other Bank units to prepare Action Plan on basis of Operational Plan. Preparing monthly report on achievements and fulfillment of Operational Plan, as well as making changes and improvements on Plan if needed.
10. Participation in forecasting of Bank’s Financial Plan.
11. Suggesting new ideas to develop various spheres of Bank:
 on strategic development of branches;
 on development, launch and upgrade of new and existing products;
 on defining strategic partners for Bank;
 on Marketing and PR;
 on development of risk-management tools;
 on HR development;
 on Bank’s financial management;
 on Bank’s price policy;
 on attracting and placement of new resources;
 on preparation of financial models for further development;
 on IT technologies that Bank use;
 on other internal administrative processes.
12. Schematize Bank’s main indicators and data, and sending to related units.
13. In cooperation with structural units of the Bank organizing and carrying out surveys of international and local finance institutions, rating agencies, auditing companies and etc. related with bank activities.
14. Develop corresponding section and provide further implementation of the Department's action plan in accordance with operation plan of the Bank.
15. Provide the department manager with relevant information on organizational, administrative and personnel issues, as well as conduct analyzes on the activity of each employee and make proposals on improvement  in this spheres.

Required skills

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in finance
