The main duties of the successful candidate will be: 

  • Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to appropriate staff;
  • To provide general administrative and secretarial services at reception;
  • Arrange appointments for callers or for people working in the Company;
  • Oversee the use of the fax machine, photocopier and other office equipment;
  • Perform administrative tasks like typing, filing, photocopying and binding;
  • Maintain telephone and staff location lists;
  • Answer general enquiries about the organization;
  • Keep reception area tidy.

Minimum requirements:

  • Advanced language level (Azerbaijani, English and Russian);
  • Related experience;
  • Verbal and written communication skills;
  • Stress tolerance;
  • Attention to details;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Perfect organization skills.
