The Sosial Fund for Development of İDPS  (SFDİ) of the Republic of Azerbaijan,an implementing agency for “İDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project” financed by the İnternational Bank for reconstruction and Development and the Government of Azerbaijan,announces the following vacancy:

- Financial Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:

1)   Education

• A university degree in the area of finance/accounting (minimum bachelor degree, master’s degree preferred);

2) Experience and Knowledge

• At least 5 year of  working experience in economics and finance;
• At least 2 years experience with financial management in International Financial Institutions (IFIs) funded projects
• Preferred, at least 3 years of working experience with IDP;
     
3)    Other necessary skills:

• Good level of English speaking and writing skills;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Windows, MS Excel, Word).


Consultants will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011).
