The Receptionist shall have bachelor`s degree in business administration or an experience in related field with up to 1 year with advanced knowledge of English.

Job responsibilities:

  • To provide general administrative and secretarial services at reception area of Laser Gulf
  • Greet, register visitors, administer visitor cards, provide induction and notify appropriate staff of their arrival;
  • Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to appropriate staff; 
  • Answer general enquiries about the organisation;
  • Arrange appointments for callers or for people working in the Company and keep records of these; 
  • Log and sort incoming and outgoing mail and faxes; 
  • Keep reception area tidy;
  • Maintain telephone and staff location lists;
  • Perform administrative tasks like typing, filing, photocopying, binding and laminating.
  • Administrative support to Legal and HR departments,
  • Order tea, water, milk, office stationary and etc. when required,
  • Order, receive, and maintain office supplies;
  • Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system;
  • Attend scheduled trainings
  • Share experience and knowledge with new employees
  • Submit regular reports as per requirements of appropriate work related procedures.
