Baku Shipyard LLC is looking for Contract Officer:

Key requirements

A degree or Diploma in Commercial/Technical/ Engineering with at least three to five (3-5) years subcontracting/purchasing experience in shipbuilding, offshore industry or related industry.
Negotiation skill & international trading knowledge;
Experience insourcing competitive price for subcontracting work in steel fabrication, piping, electrical, HVAC, accommodation, painting, scaffoldingetc
Experience in procurement ofmachinery,hardware and equipment;
Provide market pricing for budgeting &tendering;
Negotiate for best price, terms &conditions;
Prepare Purchase Order / Work Order;
Coordinate logistics, shipment & ware housing;
Must have computer knowledge in Word/ Excel;
Ability to communicate and express information in written or oral form in English and Azeri
