Principal responsibilities:

• Help in planning and maintaining of logistics policies and procedures.
• Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s logistics operations.
• Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems.
• Analyze areas of corporate logistics to find out the most cost-effective means or method of transporting supplies.
• Monitor the entire process of product movement.
• Track shipments across different channels.
• Communicate transport or logistics cost to customers or suppliers.
• Evaluate and process claims made by customers.
• Check and confirm draft invoices
• Timely submission of payment documents
• They offer support with the maintenance of logistics policies, administer, and maintain inventory control program systems and coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers.
• Develop reports showing transportation costs on precise projects and moves.

Requirements:

Languages skills: 

• Advanced knowledge of Azeri, English, Russian

Technical skills: 

• Commercial awareness 
• Knowledge of shipbuilding practices and procedures desired.
• Familiar with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements 
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Organizational skills
• Good decision-making skills

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related area

Training & Education Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree (in a relevant field if applicable)
• Appropriate trainings and certification in Logistics
