Key accountabilities:

• Responsible for evaluating HVAC systems and optimize the operating conditions, 
• Ability and experience to understand the operation, failure modes, Root Cause Failure Analysis, Repair and Optimization to prevent future failure of HVAC Equipment. Chillers (ACC units, WCC units), AHU, Fans, Humidifiers, Chemical units, Pumps, Dosage units, dampers etc.
• Responsible for developing and applying the routine maintenance required by the equipment vendor,
• Responsible for the facilitation of continuous improvement processes around equipment availability and reliability
• Knowledge of local standards and ensure SDM requirements are compliant
• Knowledge of international standards and ensure SDM requirements are compliant
• Ability to understand drawings, specifications, method statements etc.
• Ability to produce designs, specify materials and equipments for self-managed projects.

Qualification requirements: 

• Degree in HVAC or MEP engineering or 5 years proven experience in a similar role,
• Proven experience in Oil and Refinery facility, is preferred but not essential,
• Ability to work in a high regulated environment,
• Knowledge of PTW Systems,
• Leadership, planning & organizational skills required,
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills,
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Language Skills: Advanced knowledge of spoken and written Azeri. and English
