Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of related experiences in marketing, corporate communication and branding
• Bachelor or highler level of educational background in business administration, marketing and communication
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English languages (Russian is additional advantage) 
• Exceptional communication skills, including presentation, writing, and public speaking 
• Analytical skills and out-of-box thinking in leading creative and brand-driven content creation
• Expertise to generate and execute tailor-made marketing, visibility and communication strategies
• Relevant knowledge and competence to conduct periodic brand audits, cross-check and approve the external communication content to ensure consistency and compliance with company’s image and branding guides, tone of voice and reputation 
• The technological ability to work on a variety of digital platforms and also create web and mobile content;
• Good networking skills to promote the brand image at various events and initiatives, engage with potential partners and leads
• Keen eye on details to review and approve written content such as press release, social media post and copywriting 
• Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate relations and project alignment with multiple vendors
• Project management skills, including time management, goal-setting, multitasking and prioritization.
