If you are a young person recently graduated from a university in the technical area and thinking of entering to the employment market within a multinational company, Holcim Graduates Recruitment Programme will give you this exciting challenge.

What will I learn and take away from this experience?
The aim of Holcim Graduates Recruitment Programme is to build bulk of professionals providing dynamic, results-based workplace practices and give graduates exposure to the daily work of our company. Can I apply for an internship?
There are limited number of places available for graduates. Ask yourself the following questions to check your eligibility to join the programme:
• If you are interested in working with Holcim?
• Have you graduated from the university as an Automation Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Technologist within the last 3 years?
• Do you have a working knowledge (both oral and written) of Azerbaijani and English languages?
• What is the level of your IT literacy (Ms Office and Windows OS is must)
• Are you ready to work in an international, multicultural, multilingual environment
• Are you citizen of Azerbaijan Republic
Please also note that close relatives of a serving Holcim official are not eligible and the same applies to candidates who have already been worked for the Holcim.
How long is the Programme?
The length of the programme is usually between three up to a maximum of six months.
