Biomaintenance Engineer

-Assigning qualified personnel to carry out any maintenance on the equipment
- Input and update of equipment data fields and associated procedures, work plans, risk levels
- Receipt and control of the latest copies of the equipment technical data and vendor O&M manuals
- Receipt and control of the latest copies of the Equipment Standard Maintenance Procedures (ESMP)
- Development and execution of facility specific work instruction, and supporting documentation for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Evaluation and monitoring of the quality of the maintenance program
- Review, modification and analysis of maintenance procedures and practices to achieve efficiency and cost control

- Age 25-40
-Good oral and written communication skills regarding technical matters with both project and subcontractors personnel.
-Good knowledge of general business practices and administrative procedures.
-Proficient in organizing tasks for completion by an agreed deadline.
-Know how to deal professionally with subcontractors and project personnel.
-Thorough understanding of materials and equipment being expedited.
