Position: Financial Reporting and Budgeting Manager

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, this position will manage the reporting, budgeting and analysis function.

Responsibilities include:

Lead financial reporting & analysis and also budgeting efforts including:

 Coordination of annual budget process;
 Daily & monthly reporting to the Board of Directors;
 Financial forecasting;
 Budget Variance Analysis including monthly reviews with senior management;
 Financial Statement Analysis;
 Provide detailed financial and operational analytics in support of monthly updates with the management;
 Ad hoc projects and analysis to support the senior and executive management;
 Working with the external auditors;

This position requires:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
 Previous experience as a financial analyst strongly preferred.
 A minimum of two years of financial accounting, reporting and budgeting experience.
 Preference will be given to candidates with professional qualifications (ACCA – Fundamental level at least) or the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.
 Highly developed in MS Excel.
 Highly developed analytical and communication skills.
 Highly organized, with focus on process discipline.
 Ability to work with and influence people at all levels of the organization.
 Ability to develop financial and operational models.
 Ability to be flexible and able to work as part of a team.
