Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • university degree;
  • minimum three (3) years of experience;
  • to have strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
  • significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
  • to have experience in creating and implementing project management plans including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, etc
  • to have a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
  • to have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • to have exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • to have high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people,
  • to have ability to set priorities, manage workload, and attain goals
  • the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
  • the ability to react appropriately to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • to be able to maintain high integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • to have high level of interpersonal maturity, grace, self-awareness, and sound judgment.
  • good understanding of and compliance with internal rules (professional code, ethics, conflict of interest etc.)
  • good command of Azerbaijani and English languages (advanced)
