Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes the visitors as the first-line representative of the company;
  • Directing incoming calls at appropriate times to appropriate people, taking relevant notes and delivering them to relevant people on time;
  • Coordinates documents and packages to be delivered on time via courier, cargo, or mail properly, and delivers incoming documents to relevant people;
  • Conducts procurement and provision of office supplies;
  • Keeping uninterrupted office equipping with household goods;
  • Working with transport company and taxi service, organizing transfers;
  • Maintaining order in the office;
  • Conducting events (preparation of meetings, negotiations, and so on);
  • Document flow management;
  • Assistance in organizing business trips: booking and purchasing railway and air tickets, booking hotels, arranging transfers;
  • Performs other duties related to the job assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Knowledge of business ethics, business correspondence.
  • Experience in conducting events (preparation of meetings, negotiations, and so on).
  • Knowledge of office programs, 1C: Document management.
  • Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
  • Office equipment skills
  • Good communication skills.
  • Responsibility.
